Billing & Refund Policy

1. Billing Overview
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout. Pricing, plan details, renewal timing, and plan scope are shown during checkout and may also be reflected in your account settings.
Taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe.
2. Authorization and Renewal
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the recurring fees, taxes, and any applicable prorations or adjustments associated with your subscription.
3. Plan Changes and Proration
If you upgrade, downgrade, resume, or otherwise change a subscription during an active billing period, Stripe may apply prorated charges, credits, or adjustments. The exact amount may differ from the standard monthly price shown for the plan.
Team-related subscription transitions may also affect your billing state if you move from an individual subscription into a Team workspace or back out of one.
4. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel your personal paid subscription from the app settings page. Unless a plan is ended immediately as part of a team-workspace transition you explicitly confirm, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If cancellation is scheduled at period end, you retain access to paid features until the end of that paid period unless otherwise stated in the product.
5. Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, except where required by law or where we choose to make an exception.
If you join a Team workspace while you have your own active paid subscription, you may be asked to confirm an immediate cancellation of that personal subscription with no refund before joining the team plan.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@leaplogger.com promptly with the billing email address, approximate charge date, and issue summary so we can review the request.
6. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or removed until billing is resolved. Chargebacks or disputed charges may result in account restrictions while we investigate.
7. Promotions, Discounts, and Trials
Promotional pricing, discounts, coupon codes, or trial offers may be subject to separate eligibility limits, timing restrictions, and plan-specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing does not guarantee future pricing after the promotion or trial period ends.
